It’s okay if you forget to take care of your health and body for quite some time. But you dare to forget the whole season? The answer is a perfect NO, as you know you need to take extra care of your skin, hair, and health.  As you can find noticeable changes in weather, taking formidable steps would decrease your efforts as the season continues.

The resistance of the body is naturally reduced because of the infections one commonly faces in monsoon. These include common cold, flu, indigestion problems, jaundice, cough, dysentery, typhoid, etc., So, it is important that you need to take care of the food you eat and the water you drink. You also get affected by skin diseases like infections, eczema, etc.,

Here are some measures you can take for your health, skin, and hair!

1) Use Sunscreen, even with the clouds around: The sun's harmful UV rays are not blocked by the clouds, in fact, they penetrate through the clouds easily and can damage the skin. So continue wearing your sunscreen even in the monsoon.

2) Wash your face twice with a mild natural cleanser: Make sure you wash your face at least two-three times a day to avoid excess oil and dirt, further avoiding fungal infections. Our Charcoal soap is mild yet effective to fight fungal infections and cleaning the skin without making it dry.

Apply our Creme hair oil before every wash, and fight away the monsoon hair troubles! Our all organic Creme Hair Oil is enriched with 5 oils (almond, jojoba, coconut, Vit-E oil and lavender essential oil), Shea butter, Cocoa butter, and aloe vera, all ingredients known to nourish the hair and scalp. Simply take a few pumps of the creme in your palm and rub in on your scalp while working it through the length of your hair and wash within 30 mins or after leaving it overnight. A fast-acting organic cream formula for your hair and scalp!

4) Eucalyptus and Peppermint for cold and flu: A severe cold can sometimes morph into a nasty case of bronchitis. Eucalyptus oil has antiviral and antimicrobial properties. These properties have historically been used to treat the common cold. Eucalyptus is also used to create a cool compress to reduce fever. Peppermint oil is used as a natural decongestant and fever-reducer. It contains menthol, an ingredient found in topical rubs that helps relieve congestion. Menthol is also used in many cough drops to help soothe sore throats and quiet coughs. Soaking in a warm bath with our Bath salts with Eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils may safely fight viruses and respiratory problems such as bronchitis. If you don't have a bathtub, simply make a foot soak in a bucket of warm water.
